This site is meant to be an interesting resource for those living with Sciatica/herniated disks/pinched nerves/lower back pain. I myself have suffered from a protuding disk in L5 and L4. This causes pain to constantly raidiate down my left leg. Certain styles of sitting, lying down, stretching, and even standing for too long can cause the pain and nerve to swell up.
I have been suffering from this problem for about 8 years now and I have learned a thing or two about pain management. Believe me I have tried a lot of treatments short of actual surgery. I have found some that work and others that don’t at all. As a result I decided to create this website to share some of the knowledge I have gained over the years with others that may be suffering from a similar problem. I hope this helps!
I plan to post information on workouts for people with sciatica, treatment methods that have worked for me, sleeping and sitting, clothing and useful gedgets I have bought over the years, as well as it’s effects on the mind.
